From there, the Wrap-Up dives deeper into each individual sport. Every sport gets its own breakdown, showing total distance, total time, and activity count. On top of that, you’ll also find average activity stats, helping you understand what a “typical” workout looks like for you in each sport.

To show how your year flowed over time, the Wrap-Up includes a month-by-month overview. You can quickly see how many hours you were active each month, spot your most intense periods, and notice quieter phases. Each month also highlights the balance between active days and rest days, making it easy to see how well you managed training and recovery.
